What Do You Do?


When there are no words?
When your mind is full and empty at the same time?
When you didn't write yesterday, so you really should today, but your heart isn't into it?
When you ate too much sushi and really wish that you were a purger?
When you had a massage after work, but were stressed out and couldn't fully enjoy it?

What do you do?

Just questions for thought.

You take a nap, and re-prioritize when you wake up! Most of the time when I feel overwhelmed, I really need rest. After finally getting some sleep, I feel like my mind clears a little and I'm able to focus better one what I need to get done. Instead of feeling like everything is piled on my shoulders all at once! Hugs to you pretty girl! Hope you are off to a good Thursday :)

Take a nap! Then I drink hot chocolate and indulge in reality television or take a hot bubble bath. Gorgeous picture, but the way- did you take that? It is stunning! Just found your blog and have enjoyed getting to know you more. Hope you don't mind if I follow along!

Hmm... Do something you really really enjoy and love, cause that usually gets your energy back? Or just do nothing? Watching a movie could be good too. It's ok and allowed to feel like this sometimes! I am afraid chocolate would be involved for me :)
